MY PHILOSOPHY:

My job is to make it as smooth and exciting as it possibly can be. I really care about whether you acquire the home of your dreams in our fabulous area or successfully sell your home to move to the home of your dreams. 12 years of Real Estate experience in a highly competitive field gives me the background to negotiate a sale or a purchase to the benefit of the party I am representing, whether it be buyer or seller.
MY BACKGROUND:
Born, raised and educated in Moose Jaw, I am happily married to Lori (Anholt) and have two beautiful children, Ryan and Courtney.
I am very active in the community, serving as a coach in both the Moose Jaw Little League Baseball and the Moose Jaw Minor Hockey Associations.
I have been involved with the Hillcrest Sports Centre for a number of years as an active member and acted as their General Manager for 4 years.
A Central Collegiate Alumnus (Class of 1979), I graduated from SIAST Palliser Campus (formerly STI) with a Business Administration diploma.
After many years in Retail Management, I successfully completed my Real Estate courses and began my career in Real Estate in April 1997. In December of 2003 I received my Brokers designation. After several years as a REALTOR ® with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, I moved to the newly opened Moose Jaw GMAC Real Estate office in the summer of 2004 as their Broker.
Today, I continue to be employed with InfoMarket GMAC Real Estate (formerly Moose Jaw GMAC Real Estate) as a REALTOR ® and Associate Broker.

I was born and raised in Calgary AB. After graduating from William Aberhart High School in 2002, I gained a lot of great experience working with mentally and physically challenged children. I also spent some time bartending at some of Calgary's popular Nightclubs. My most valuable experience was gained through working as a Legal Assistant at a few of Calgary's top Law Firms and by working for a couple of companies in their accounting departments.
Although Calgary is a great city, it was time for a change and in April 2009 I made the move to the wonderful City of Moose Jaw. I am looking forward to spending my time here and being a part of such a great community, and who better to spend it with than the amazing team at InfoMarket Group GMAC.

Crystal is the mother of 2 beautiful girls. Crystal has been part of the InfoMarket and Signature Service Team since March 2008 bringing 3 years administrative experience with her. An upbeat attitude and a bright smile are Crystal's trademarks.
Michelle Axten Office Administration Manager
I was born in Plentywood, MT and raised in the small town of Minton, Saskatchewan. After graduating from Gladmar Regional Highschool in 2005 I moved to Moose Jaw where I attended SIAST for two years receiving my Diploma in Business Marketing.
Through my time at SIAST I grew to love the community and joined the Moose Jaw Warriors for two years. Last year we purchased our first home and have settled into the Friendly City.
Looking to remain an active part of our community, I am excited to be a part of the team at Infomarket Group GMAC.
Tracy Winterton Signature Service Financial Mortgage Specialist
With 18 years of combined experience in personal and commercial loans and mortgages with both BMO and the Credit Union systems in Saskatchewan and Alberta, Tracy brings sound advice and a commitment to client service and relationships.
Heading up the Signature Service Financial Inc. team since November 2007, Tracy has obtained membership in CAAMP (Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals) and is currently working toward his next designation of "AMP" (Accredited Mortgage Professional) which exemplifies professional achievement in the Mortgage origination field. Building solid and trusted relationships with clients and industry partners alike is the ongoing goal for Tracy and the entire Signature Service Financial Inc. team.
Tracy is married with 2 children and has been an active volunteer in his community serving on the Board of Directors for the Moose Jaw Warrior WHL Junior Hockey franchise and the Board of the Moose Jaw Museum and Art Gallery. Tracy Still enjoys sports, playing recreational hockey, golf and volunteers as the Assistant Coach for his Daughter's competitive soccer team. When it comes to relaxing Tracy enjoys time at the lake and cruising on his motorcycle.
